Začínáme přes Letter of Intent (LoI) a NDA. NRDK není CSD/MTF ani custody – je to integrační a dohledové rozhraní (API + ISO 20022, UAT). Po potvrzení LoI obdržíte nabídku hlavního integrátora pro UAT, přístup do UAT a validační sady. Cíl: bezpečně, predikovatelně, opakovatelně.

Klik-ready šablony dle role (CSD, burza, banka, dohled, MPO, emitent, vendor).
2) Kick-off (2 h)
Rozsah pilotu, RACI, end-pointy, bezpečnostní předpoklady.
3) Nabídka integrátora
Fixní cena UAT + volitelné položky pro pilot; harmonogram sprintů.
4) UAT Access Kit
API klíče, SIM účty, mapy pain/pacs/camt a seev/sese/semt, validační sady.
5) UAT provedení
2–4 sprinty, end-to-end testy, akceptační protokoly.
6) Výsledek
Závěrečná zpráva, KPI, „go-live readiness", Market Practice v1.

Další krok
NRDK není CSD/MTF ani custody. Integrace probíhá výhradně přes licencované partnery. Cockpit je read-only na základě MoU. Platební toky primárně bankovní (CZK/EUR); experimenty s tokenizovanými vklady pouze v řízeném sandboxu s licencovaným partnerem.
