Step 1

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

What it contains:

Scope: read-only supervision for Cockpit, integration intent for API/ISO 20022
Roles and contact persons (UAT owners)
DPA (data processing) – only necessary data
Responsibilities and limits (no-regulatory-commitment)

Step 2

UAT Access

We require:

UAT/SIM URL, IP whitelisting, test accounts/certificates
Contact persons for UAT review and incidents
Basic test datasets (anonymized)

We provide:

NDCI Access (mTLS/OIDC), configuration profile, validation suites
UAT plan (pass/fail criteria), schedule

Step 3

Data Maps & Conformance

What we do:

Map business events → ISO 20022 (NDCI-MP)
Run conformance tests and reconciliation
Record to audit trail, SLA metrics

Acceptance:

"confirmed-in-UAT" status in Message Dictionary
