Project Status
NDCI is an integration layer between digital fund issuers and key market infrastructure (exchange, depository, banks). It delivers standardized API and ISO 20022 profile for funds, reducing integration costs, increasing transparency, and enabling efficient supervision. The project serves government, semi-state companies, and the private sector as a shared platform for the digital capital market.
Institutional Scope
The mention of exchanges, depositories, banks, or supervision does not imply approval, authorization, or support of these institutions. Partnerships are exclusively based on Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in UAT/SIM mode, and with anonymized data.
Supervisory Relationships
Access to the Supervisory Cockpit is read-only. Regulatory standards and approvals are issued exclusively by competent authorities; NDCI does not replace them.
Standards and IP
ISO 20022 is an ISO standard; message names are used for informational purposes. The NDCI-MP profile, validation suites, and methodologies are licensed for the Czech market under secure usage conditions; final mappings are confirmed by UAT with partners.
Security and Availability
RTO ≤ 4 h and RPO ≤ 1 h parameters apply to pilot mode and are not production SLA. Security is ensured by mTLS, HSM/KMS, IAM (OIDC), audit logs, and regular testing.
